PEBB Enterprises Adds Two New Vice Presidents

PEBB Enterprises, the South Florida-based full-service private real estate investment company, made two significant additions to its growing team.

Adam Starr is PEBB’s new Vice President of Leasing, Senior Director while Florence Motavali joins as Vice President, Operations Controller.

Starr is responsible for marketing and leasing the company’s office portfolio. A 25-year commercial real estate veteran, Starr has successfully negotiated over 20 million square feet of investment sales and lease transactions throughout South Florida for firms including NAI Merin Hunter Codman, CBRE, Brenner Real Estate Group and Trammell Crow Company.

A member of the South Florida Office Brokers Association (SFOBA), Starr previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP). He was also Co-Chair of the annual NAIOP Broward County Bus Tour. Over the course of his career, Starr won multiple CoStar Power Broker awards.

Motavali is responsible for the design and execution of controls and timelines regarding key operational processes of PEBB including construction and development, procurement, lease administration and internal and external financial reporting. She has substantial real estate accounting and finance experience in Florida and Canada.

Prior to joining PEBB, Motavali was a Financial Controller with Ventron Property Management. Her previous experience also includes roles with Avison Young, Aurum Property Partners, Discovery Senior Living, PWC and KPMG.

Recent additions include Thomas Chan as PEBB’s first Chief Accounting Officer, Bret Fischer as Director of Asset Management, Bradley Burgeson as an Analyst, Misti Gray as Senior Property Manager, Jeanine Schwager as Senior Property Accountant, Laura Giardi as Senior Property Manager and Louis Traficante as AP & Operations Specialist.
