PEBB Enterprises Strengthens Team With Key New Hires
PEBB Enterprises made two important new hires as the company continues to strategically expand its team. Alex Caputo joins PEBB as Director, Operations, while Tarrah Bellamy is the company’s new Senior Property Manager.
In his role at PEBB, Caputo focuses on executive oversight of Property Management and execution of the company’s portfolio business plans. He also supports the company’s capital markets and refinancing activities, and works closely with the Asset Management, Leasing, Construction and Accounting teams to improve coordination and drive execution across the company.
Caputo previously held various positions at Sterling Organization, where he worked closely with PEBB Chief Operating Officer Greg Moross.
Bellamy oversees select properties within PEBB’s portfolio, collaborating with the Asset Management, Leasing, Construction and Accounting teams to support the company’s operational goals. Prior to joining PEBB, Bellamy served as Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed the Spirit Airlines Headquarters in Dania Beach.
