Pipeline Doubles Down On Commitment To Coral Gables With Long-Term Lease Renewal

Stream Realty Partners announced the renewal of a long-term lease for Pipeline Workspaces at Alhambra West, an office property located at 95 Merrick Way in Coral Gables.

The renewal covers 13,917 square feet of premium office space in the seven-story, 100,002-square-foot office building in the heart of Coral Gables.

Stream Managing Director and Executive Vice President Shay Pope facilitated the renewal, representing Pipeline in the transaction. Steven Hurwitz, Doug Okun, and Madeline Fine of JLL represented the landlord.

Pipeline, an inspired work community offering coworking and shared office spaces, has been a cornerstone of Coral Gables’ business ecosystem, providing a dynamic environment for a diverse range of companies. Its renewed commitment to Alhambra West underscores the significance of this iconic building, which is within walking distance to the famous Restaurant Row on Giralda Avenue and the Miracle Mile shopping and dining corridor.
