Plaza 100 Changes Hands

Grubb & Ellis Company has been selected by Beacon Real Estate Investments LLC as the leasing agent for approximately 165,000sf of Class A office space at Plaza 100, located at 100 N.E. 3rd Ave., in Fort Lauderdale.
Stephen Rutchik, vice president, and Jonathan Kingsley, executive vice president and managing director of Grubb & Ellis’ South Florida offices, will handle the leasing for the property.
The property was previously represented by Stiles Realty.
