Marcus & Millichap has been awarded the exclusive listing for Doral Park Centre, a seven-suite, 13,925-square foot retail property located in Doral.

According to Ryan Nee, first vice president and district manager of the firm’s Miami office, the asset is listed for $11,150,000.

Edward Romo and Scott C. Sandelin, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, have the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company controlled by IRAS Group, a prominent Doral-based real estate developer.

Doral Park Centre is located at 3887 NW 107th Ave. The property offers a rare opportunity to acquire a fully leased retail center in the high barriers to entry market of Doral.

“It is very difficult to gain ownership of retail properties in the city of Doral. Once a property is controlled in Doral, most owners are very reluctant to ever sell,” said Romo. 

Additionally, the property is located directly across from the largest undeveloped parcel of land in Doral, a 175-acre site recently put under purchase contract by Bridge Industrial.

Originally built in 2014, Doral Park Centre sits on .70 acres. It is 100% fully occupied by a diverse mix of well-curated tenants, including 5.11 Tactical Miami, PANNA New Latino Food, Ohana Sushi, 107 Beauty Bar & Spa, CKO Kickboxing, and many others.
