Palm Beach Office Building On Market For $175 PSF

Marcus & Millichap has listed the Bank United Building in Delray Beach for $8.9 million, or approximately $175 per square foot.
The 50,887-square-foot building is listed by Marcus & Millichap’s Douglas Mandel, who is representing the seller, a Delray-based limited liability company.
The property, which is located at 5300 West Atlantic Avenue, is 93 percent leased, according to Mandel.
