Public Relations Firm Takes 16,200 Square Feet

Continental Real Estate Companies(CREC) has brokered an office lease totaling 16,200 square feet that will see the Max Borges Agency relocate its headquarters to Miami’s Brickell Bayview Centre.
The technology-focused public relations firm finalized a 10-year lease at the 33-story, 285,959 square foot class B office building, according to CREC Vice President Douglas Okun, who represented landlord Colony Realty Partners in the transaction.
“Max Borges Agency was attracted to Brickell Bayview Centre for several reasons, including the building’s track record of strong ownership, central location in the Brickell district, access to major thoroughfares and mass transit, and close proximity to dozens of shops and restaurants,” said Douglas Okun, Vice President at Continental Real Estate Companies. “The building offers a top-notch setting and first-rate amenities at a price point just below that of many Brickell properties, making it an appealing option for companies looking to locate in the heart of Miami’s urban core without a steep price tag.”
The Max Borges Agency will occupy a full floor in the office building, with more than 60 full-time employees on site. The firm was represented by Ryan Levy and Jon Bourbeau of Newmark Knight Frank.
Brickell Bayview Centre is located in the heart of Miami’s Brickell Financial District, adjacent to the Mary Brickell Village shopping and dining complex. The Max Borges Agency will occupy a full floor in the building, joining a tenant roster that includes Chase Bank, The Beacon Council, the Consulate General of Japan, and law firms Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell Attorneys at Law, Thornton, Davis & Fein, P.A., and Garbett, Stiphany, Allen & Roza, P.A.
