Quest Workspaces Renews 104,000 SF In South Florida

Newmark announced that private office provider Quest Workspaces recently renewed its 21,096 square-foot space at 777 Brickell Ave in Miami.

This bring the firm’s area renewals to 104,445 square feet since the onset of the pandemic further proving its place in the flexible office market.

Newmark’s Executive Managing Director Lance Benson represented Quest in each of their lease transactions.

Despite the pandemic, the firm has been successful due to its offering of private offices for lease.  Quest had been bucking the previous office trends of open space with a tested business model providing flexible, agile and private space for its tenants—making this model an ideal structure in a post-COVID-19 world. Quest succeeds by meeting the need for flexible terms and private office arrangements as companies re-imagine their workplace strategies and focus on what’s best for their employees’ health, wellness and productivity.

“The past few months have taught us the importance of creating an agile workspace for companies to foster culture and protect employees,” said Benson. “Quest meets the needs for users looking for private, flexible, well-managed office spaces, and they have been so successful in the region that they have been able to renew over 100,000 square feet of space in the midst of the pandemic.”

During the initial shelter-in-place regulations, Quest was deemed an essential business. As they stayed open, Quest doubled down on helping their clients bridge the gap between working remotely and providing remote services for them to continue to do business. This above-board service to meet the immediate needs of its clients and professionals further cemented their place in the co-working sector.

“We believe companies will move towards more fluid office environments, allowing them to flex and grow on-demand and incorporate work from home options,” said Laura Kozelouzek, founder of Quest. “We’re an innovative, boutique shared-space provider, and we have been able to easily adapt and pivot to accommodate our client’s changing needs during this time, thus building a strong loyalty that has helped fuel our growth.”

In addition to Quest’s lease renewal at 777 Brickell Ave, the firm has also demonstrated their commitment to the South Florida market with renewals at their other locations in Miami, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton since June. Quest is a woman-owned business founded by Laura Kozelouzek. With over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality and flexible workspace industries, Laura is a recognized industry leader and expert with a passion and commitment to inspiring others to pursue their quests for a prosperous and meaningful business and life. Quest is known for it’s distinctive, “turn-key,” undisrupted private offices with first-class concierge services and hospitality, combined with an ethos of innovative business community-building.
