Ramoski & Rodriguez Sign 30,000 SF At Dolphin Commerce

Atlantic Marine Services and TireXchange have both signed deals for 14,489 square feet at Dolphin Commerce Center, at 11350 NW 25th Street, according to Cushman and Wakefield, which represented property in the transactions. Cushman’s Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguez handled the deal for Cushman.
“This surge of leasing activity represents the strength of our market and the demand for the amenities offered within Class A facilities such as Dolphin Commerce Center,” Rodriguez said.
Dolphin Commerce Center is an industrial and telecom park situated on over 100 acres in Miami’s Airport West market. The master-planned project is zoned to accommodate more than 3 million square feet of distribution showroom buildings and hurricane resistant data centers. The project is strategically located just west of the Miami International Airport on N.W. 25th Street, adjacent to the Florida Turnpike and State Road 836.
