Sign Company Inks 28,000 SF Deal

Apopka, Florida-based Tubelite Company, Inc., a national distribution company for signs, screen printing and imaging supplies, has signed a seven-year lease to relocate their Miami operations facility to a 28,000 square foot space located within Port 95 Business Center, located at 2650 SW 36th Street in Dania.
The company has 9 locations within the country.  Its Miami facility is currently located at at 11205 NW 131st Street in Medley.
Corporate Solutions Senior Vice President Michael Torna represented the tenant in the lease deal. The landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Bridge Development Partners, LLC, sold the 230,036-square-foot industrial property last November to Saul Gilinski, President of MSG Dania Beach, LLC. Gilinski paid $26,700,800 for the coveted industrial asset.
