Repositioned Office Tower, New Residential Tower Coming To Brickell

Boca Raton-based Crocker Partners are planning a new 48-story residential tower on the Brickell Bayview Center site across from Mary Brickell Village.
To contain 420 units in a 48-floor, 504-foot tall tower with ground-floor retail, the new tower will be constructed alongside the repositioned existing office tower and will be within walking distance of a Metromover station and a Metrorail station. Architecture firm ADD Inc. is leading the project’s design team.
The project joins a number of other new developments in the area, with the Brickell City Centre across the street, Nine at Mary Brickell Village across to the south and Brickell Heights neighbors to the east.
