Retail All-Star Lisa Ferrazza Joins Franklin Street

Veteran commercial real estate professional Lisa Ferrazza has joined Franklin Street’s South Florida office as Senior Director, specializing in retail landlord representation and leasing.
Working primarily with institutional real estate investors, she will oversee the leasing and management of client properties throughout South Florida, as well as business development initiatives to expand the division.
Ferrazza comes to Franklin Street with more than 15 years of real estate experience, including 10 years in her previous position as a vice president with CBRE in Boca Raton.

During her time at CBRE, Ferrazza handled leasing, management and new business development for a portfolio of Class A retail properties totaling more than 1.5 million square feet.  She also worked at a boutique real estate agency where she was responsible for recruiting, training and producing for all incoming real estate managers, sales professionals and staff. She has worked with several institutional clients including TIA-CREF, Invesco and UBS.

Ferrazza has been active in the local commercial real estate industry and has been honored for her achievements. She was named a CB Richard Ellis “Top Fiver Producer” in 2008 and 2009, a Top Leasing Broker in 2009, and received the company’s Shining Star Award in 2008. She was also acknowledged as a CoStar Power Broker in 2008.
In addition to hiring Ferrazza, Franklin Street also added Brandon Sciotti as a retail investment associate in the South Florida office. He focuses on the disposition and acquisition of retail properties across the region. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Sciotti was a senior financial analyst with Marcus & Millichap. Sciotti works directly with Robert Granda, director of retail investment sales.
