Russian Investor Acquires Broward Office

Asko, Inc., a Russian investment company, acquired the Hollywood Executive Center at 1001 N. Federal Highway in Hallandale Beach from Hollywood Executive Center, Inc. for $4.2 million, or approximately $137 per square foot.
The three-story, 30,687-square-foot office building was built in 1987 on 1.7 acres. The building was 90 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
Timothy Merriman and Robert Eckstein of NAI Miami Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller. Irina Poliskiy of MRE (Monolith Real Estate, Inc.) Management represented the buyer.
