NAI Miami Completes Sale Of Kendall Office Complex

NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale has completed the sale of Kendall Executive Center, a 41,144-square-foot office complex located at 9525, 9555 & 9595 North Kendall Drive in Miami for in excess of $9,800,000.

Tom Smith represented the seller, Theatre Realty, Inc., and Edward Schmidt, also with NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, represented the buyer, Ladyfish Kendall, LLC.

The property last sold in July 2001 for $3.56 million.

NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale has managed and leased the building for over 13 years.
