South Miami Redevelopment Site Trades For $5.66 Million

Greenstreet Real Estate Partners LP acquired a 30,845-square-foot redevelopment site at 5958 S. Dixie Hwy in Miami from New Chinatown, Inc. for $5.66 million.
The 0.7-acre land parcel is zoned SR, and is currently improved with a 10,000-square-foot, class C retail building circa 1946. The buyer plans to redevelop the site, though details have not been announced.
Brandon Weiss and Josh Rodstein of NAI Miami represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Connect The Dots Realty.
