Santa Rosa Marble & Tile Building Changes Hands After 30 Years

The Santa Rosa Marble & Tile building in Doral has been sold for $3.4 million, according to Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty, which brokered the transaction.
Sperry Van Ness’ Joel Kattan and Hernan Orohaska represented the seller, Milrez Gruppe, Inc., in the deal.
The property, which is located at 3400 NW 77th Street, has been home to Santa Rosa Marble & Tile for the past 30 years.
The buyer was Ring Power Corporation, one of the Southeast’s largest Caterpillar dealers.
