SDS Dental Inks Sublease Deal For 38,000 SF

Michael Scarpino, CCIM and Jennifer Scarpino of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. represented the sublessor, American Tire Distributors, Inc. in the sublease of the Martino Tire Building, a 37,946 square foot office/warehouse building located at 1280 SW 27th Avenue in Pompano Beach.
Sky Groden of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublessee, SDS Dental, Inc.
SDS Dental, Inc. is a local manufacturer of dental equipment. They are currently retrofitting the space to move their entire manufacturing operation and product showroom into the building. The total value of the 43.5 month sublease was in excess of $456,000.
