Seasoned Tenant Rep Joins Colliers South Florida As Vice President

Marc Fechter has joined Colliers as Vice President based in South Florida.

In his new role, Marc will focus on providing quality office services based out of the Boca Raton office.

With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Marc specializes in tenant representation bringing tenacity and dedicated advocacy to every transaction. Marc utilizes his expertise in lease/contract negotiation, acquisition, disposition, and project management, to seamlessly guide every client through a successful real estate process.

Before joining Colliers, he was a Managing Director at Savills, applying a multidisciplinary approach to serve various clients across industries, including legal, healthcare, financial services, architecture, engineering, and construction.

Marc’s roster of past clients includes the DC Association of Realtors, the Society of America Foresters, the Environmental Investigation Agency, Baxter, Sargent & Lundy, Kennedys Law, and Blackberry, among many more.
