Colliers Continues Growth Of Retail Services Platform In South Florida With New Hire

Colliers announced that Brandon Woulfe has joined the firm as Vice President, based in its Fort Lauderdale office. Woulfe brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in tenant representation, landlord representation, site selection, retail leasing, and development. In his new role, he will advise national, regional and local retailers on expansion strategies throughout Florida and the Eastern region of the United States.

“South Florida’s retail market continues to demonstrate remarkable resiliency and evolution, with retailers remaining focused on high-growth trade areas, experiential concepts, and strategic expansion opportunities,” said Dustin Ballard, senior managing director and market leader for South Florida at Colliers. “Brandon’s deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and advisory approach make him an outstanding addition to our team as we help owners, occupiers, and investors navigate an increasingly competitive retail landscape across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.”

Before joining Colliers, Woulfe served as Vice President at SRS Real Estate Partners, where he provided site selection and brokerage representation for national, regional, and local tenants, represented retail and mixed-use assets, and advised on ground-up retail developments. Throughout his career, he has represented a diverse range of retailers and brands, including Dutch Bros Coffee, Discount Tire, Murphy USA, Potbelly Sandwich Works, Layne’s Chicken Fingers, Take 5 Oil Change, Blaze Pizza, Primrose Schools, Krispy Kreme and Elev8tion Fitness.

“Colliers’ collaborative culture, national platform, and growing retail presence across Florida create a tremendous opportunity to help clients achieve their real estate objectives,” said Woulfe. “I’m excited to join a team that is investing in its retail services platform and look forward to delivering strategic solutions for retailers, landlords and developers throughout South Florida and beyond.”
