GummyWorks Inks Deal For 95,000 SF At Airport Logistics Park In West Palm

As the industrial sector in West Palm Beach thrives from the significant wave of new residents and development interest, Colliers signed a long-term lease with GummyWorks for 95,301 square feet at Airport Logistics Park.

Colliers Executive Vice Presidents Michael Falk and Scott Weprin, Senior Associates Jason Weprin, Robert Dabrowski, and Associate Jonathan Temple represented the landlord, McCraney Property Company, in the deal. Managing Director and Partner David Kendall of SVN Safe Haven Advisors represented the tenant, GummyWorks, in the lease negotiations.

GummyWorks, a subsidiary of Boston-based SLS Ventures, specializes in quality gummy manufacturing and distribution for some of the most significant health and wellness brands on the market. The company offers vitamins and supplements in gummy form while using comprehensive manufacturing and fulfillment operations to handle sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution. The rapidly growing company recently launched a new, state-of-the-art facility in Boston, MA, and is set to occupy the space at Airport Logistics Park in the second quarter of 2023.

“Airport Logistics Park is a brand-new, premier distribution warehouse located in central West Palm Beach with unparalleled access to all of Florida’s major cities,” said Weprin. “We are pleased to facilitate GummyWorks in expanding their company and establishing their new headquarters at an ideally positioned property. The move will aid the gummy manufacturer’s plan to create 350 jobs over the next three years. We thank the Business Development Board and Kelly Smallridge for her help in bringing this great new tenant to the market. We would also like to thank Malcolm and Mark Butters from Butters Constructions for their successful completion of Phase two.”

The approximately 40-acre property is located at 386 N. Haverhill Road in West Palm Beach.

The Class A property is immediately adjacent to the Palm Beach International Airport with ready access to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike, providing excellent connectivity to all of Florida’s main ports. The ±566,736-square-foot property spanning four buildings  was constructed in two phases with Phase I  fully occupied. The final phase is nearing completion and currently boasts a remarkable 91% occupancy rate. The tenants occupying the premises vary in size, with leasehold areas ranging from ±18,000 to ±95,000 square feet. The top-tier industrial property has only ±48,320 square feet left for lease and is expected to reach complete occupancy in the next 30-60 days.
