AerSale Relocates To Doral in Single-Largest New Lease

The Allen Morris Company represented global aviation giant AerSale Corporation in a 35,718-square-foot full-floor lease at Doral Costa Office Park, located at 9850 NW 41^st Street in Doral.

It was the single-largest new lease in the Doral sub-market for 2023. AerSale Corporation will be relocating from their current offices in Coral Gables and expects to occupy the space in September 2024.

Thad Adams, Managing Director of Brokerage Services at The Allen Morris Company, along with Rafael del Rosal and Maricarmen Cabrera, also with The Allen Morris Company, represented the tenant in lease negotiations.  Kevin Gonzalez, Senior Vice President, Tom Farmer, Vice President and Stephen Rutchik, Vice Chairman with Colliers, represented the landlord.

Publicly-traded AerSale is a global aviation leader specializing in the sale, lease, and exchange of used aircraft, engines, and components. In addition, they provide a broad range of maintenance, repair, and overhaul and engineering services for commercial aircraft and components.

The 280,000-square-foot, 18-acre Class ‘A’ Doral Costa Office Park is ideally situated within easy access of the City of Doral’s myriad amenities, including dining, fitness, financial services, medical and schools. Within easy access of Miami International Airport and major thoroughfares, the location is one of the most in-demand within South Florida’s office market.
