Southeast Financial Inks 14,187 SF

Southeast Financial Center has recently signed leases with four tenants totaling 14,187 square feet, with 12,739 square feet of the transactions representing renewals and expansions, further signifying the business sector’s commitment to the property.
Arnstein & Lehr LLP, one of the country’s oldest and most respected law firms since its founding in 1893, serves clients – large and small – throughout the United States and in many foreign countries through its full-service practice. The law firm has signed a long-term lease expansion of 3,700 square feet, bringing its total square feet leased to 22,382 square feet, representing a full floor.
Additional leases include:

  • Lafise Global Solutions, which provides advisory services in corporate finance, signed a long-term lease for 6,000 square feet.
  • Weil Quaranta, P. A, a boutique Miami-based litigation law firm, signed a long-term lease renewal for 3,030 square feet.
  • Golden Traders International, a new to market tenant, signed a new long-term lease for 1,457 square feet.

“With a property as significant in size as ours, it is equally critical to maintain a high velocity of renewals as it is to create new lease opportunities for maintaining the strength of a building. With the new plaza design, new retail offerings, and the significant capital improvements nearing completion within the tower, Southeast Financial Center will remain the area’s beacon for Miami’s business sector,” said Donald Cartwright, Senior Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Cartwright along with Jones Lang LaSalle Vice President Nicole Vassilaros are the exclusive leasing agents for Southeast Financial Center.
