SRS Brokers $4.9M Sale Of Wawa-Occupied Gas Station, Convenience Store In Davie

SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the $4.9 million sale of a ground lease for a gas station and convenience store located at 2500 Davie Road in Davie.

Patrick Nutt and William Wamble of SRS Capital Markets represented the seller in the transaction.

The property, spanning 5,636 square feet, is fully occupied by Wawa under a corporate-guaranteed lease.

Constructed in 2019, it sits on a 1.4-acre site approximately 28 miles north of Miami.

A South Florida-based development and investment firm sold the asset to a private investor from the same region as part of a 1031 exchange.
