State Street Realty Brings Carrie Meek International International Business Park #2 To 100% Occupancy With 56,000 SF Lease

State Street Realty, a Miami based brokerage and advisory firm, has leased 56,230 square feet of industrial space to Faster Carrier Co. at Carrie Meek International Business Park located in Miami within the Opa-locka submarket.  As a result, Carrie Meek International Business Park Building 2, a 281,149 square foot building within the Class “A” industrial business park at 4100 NW 142 Street is now 100% occupied.
