Seagis Property Group LP acquired Doral @ 25th, located at 10000 NW 25th Street in Doral, from the United Parcel Service Inc., UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc., for $26.55 million, or about $78 per square foot.
The single-story, 338,898-square-foot, class A industrial distribution building was built in 1996 and is located in the Miami Airport West Industrial submarket. UPS is scheduled to vacate the property on June 1, 2012.
Danny Finkle, Luis Castillo and Kimberly Flores of HFF, along with Wayne Schuchts of Flagler Real Estate Services and Ed Lyden with State Street Realty, all represented the seller. The buyer was represented in-house.
