Stiles Property Management Wins 2023 Kingsley Excellence Award For 2nd Consecutive Year

Stiles Property Management (SPM), the largest privately-held property management firm in South Florida, was named a winner of the 2023 Kingsley Excellence Awards for the Fountains of Miramar shopping plaza in Miramar. This is the second consecutive year the center has been recognized.

The Kingsley Awards recognize CRE organizations and properties who continually exceed industry standards and consistently deliver outstanding tenant experiences. Stiles has managed the center since 2021.

To qualify for a Kingsley Excellence Award, a property’s tenant satisfaction must exceed the Kingsley Index™, the most comprehensive performance benchmarking database in the commercial real estate industry.
