Stiles Managed Properties And Team Win Record 8 “Building of the Year” Awards

Stiles Property Management announced that five of its South Florida managed office and retail projects as well as several of its key personnel received a record eight TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) awards at the annual Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) gala.
The ceremony took place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood on Nov. 6, 2015.

The industry’s most prestigious honors for quality management and standard-setting programs, the 2015 TOBY Awards marked a new record for Stiles Property Management for the most awards the company has received in a single year. This represented a win in each of the categories Stiles submitted for consideration in 2015.
The 2015 projects and teams honored include:
250,000 – 499,999 SF:  The Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre, Fort Lauderdale

Under 100,000 SF: Plaza at Las Olas (Stiles Headquarters), Fort Lauderdale (pictured above)

Retail Award:  Legacy Place Retail Shops, Palm Beach Gardens

Earth Award:  The AutoNation Building

Management Team:  Megan Purdue; Paola Restrepo; Peter Diaz; Carlos Rada

 
Additional awards for outstanding management practices were presented to Stiles personnel. AutoNation Building property manager Megan Purdue received the Outstanding Member Award. In addition, Purdue, along with Stiles property manager Tricia Foreman, received the distinguished Ron Macklin Scholarship Awards for their continued contributions to the industry.
