Stiles Purchases Coral Springs Shopping Center

Stiles has acquired Coral Landings III, a 154,934-square-foot Best Buy-anchored shopping center in Coral Springs, Florida, for approximately $14 million. Stiles will immediately resume development of phase two of the center, which includes 38,944sf and a new 18,300-square-foot ALDI grocery store. The center is located at State Road 7 (441) and Sample Road.
