Sunrise Industrial Buildings Trade For $39 Million

A pair of private institutional investors has traded a three-building industrial complex in Sunrise for $39.35 million.
The buildings are off the Sawgrass Expressway at 850 International Parkway, 13801 NW Fourth St. and 14599 NW Eighth St.
Cobalt Industrial REIT II of Irving, Texas, on Tuesday sold three buildings totaling more than 400,000 square feet on nearly 27 acres to Industrial Income Trust Inc. of Denver, according to Broward County records. No financing was recorded.
Both companies are private real estate investment trusts. Cobalt paid about $31 million in August 2010 for the Sawgrass International Corporate Park buildings.
