SVN Commercial Partners Collaborates On $9 Million Build-For-Rent Land Sale In Florida’s Treasure Coast

SVN Commercial Partners (“SVNCP”) announced the successful sale of 264 entitled lots owned by Midway Glades Developers, LLC to national build-for-rent developer Third Lake Development.

The sale represents the continued collaboration between SVNCP and veteran land broker Doug Kirlan on Florida’s Treasure Coast. The two parties transacted the original sale to the lot developer in 2020 and have assisted the development in finding end users. The two brokers have worked together on over $60 million of land on both the east and west coast of Florida in recent years.

“It has been a great working relationship with Doug to help bring a Build-for-Rent pod to Wylder,” remarked Ashley Barrett Bloom, Managing Partner SVN Commercial Partners & SVN’s National Land Product Council Chairman. “Leveraging relationships and working in a collaborative nature on this project has been a critical element of this project.”

This transaction underscores the continued activity on the Treasure Coast, specifically in Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce. Both Kirlan and Bloom, along with SVNCP team members Ron Zeigler and Brandon Bollig continue to work together on land transactions in the market. Both parties envision continued activity and growth in the corridor. Additionally, the two parties have other pending sales on different aspect of the Wylder Master Planned Community.
