The new space will accommodate 45 lawyers and business professionals specializing in corporate law, taxation, wealth management, investigations, litigation, arbitration, international trade, and global migration.
Totaling 640,000 square feet, the fully leased building has now received its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) from the City of Miami.
Banco Master inked a 26,000-square-foot lease deal at 830 Brickell, bringing the office tower to 100% leased. It will become the tallest office tower ever built in Brickell, at 55 stories and 724 feet.
The software company, with 2,000 employees worldwide, said last week it would relocate its headquarters from San Francisco to Miami.
The lease is also the largest in the 638,355-square-foot building.
The office building is nearly 70 percent leased ahead of its late-2022 completion.
He will join the firm’s Miami-based Office Agency Leasing team consisting of Brian Gale, Andrew Trench, Ryan Holtzman, Jeannette Mendoza and Lena Weeks.
