CBRE’s Dana Nialis, Angie Weber, Deborah Fink, and Carol Ellis-Cutler represented The Oncology Institute in lease negotiations.
Christian Lee, Andrew Chilgren, Marcos Minaya and Sean Kelly of CBRE brokered the transaction on behalf of both the buyer and seller.
The listing, which is being handled by CBRE Senior Vice President David Wigoda, says the property offers a turnkey solution for a corporate buyer or it could be redeveloped for office, industrial, retail, hotel or multifamily uses.

Located at 6600 N. Military Trail, the campus includes 650,000 square feet of office buildings on nearly 29 acres overlooking the Broken Sound Country Club’s golf course.
The project is being marketed for lease by the CBRE team led by Tom O’Loughlin, Larry Dinner, and Larry Genet.
The closed transactions are valued at over $63 million.
