New $90 Million Industrial Project Slated For 43.8-Acre Site Of Former Flea Market

Later this year, work will begin on a 740,000-square-foot industrial building at the former Opa Locka Hialeah Flea Market location at 126901 NW LeJeune Road.

Construction will begin on the second phase of Ironwood Commerce Center, a six-building modern logistics complex, in the second half of 2023, according to Link Logistics, a subsidiary of Blackstone Group.

The $90 million project is expected to be completed in 18 months.

The 43.8-acre site was acquired for $80 million as part of a larger 72-acre land deal, in July 2017.
