CBRE's Larry Genet Named 'Rookie Of The Year'
CBRE Senior Associate Larry Genet was named “Rookie of the Year” at the 2015 NAIOP South Florida Awards of Excellence ceremony, held in Fort Lauderdale on March 12, 2015.
Genet was recognized for his transaction volume, expertise in repositioning properties, and ability to marry traditional marketing with digital and new media. Since joining CBRE in 2011, he has been involved in approximately 200 transactions and represents over a dozen institutional landlords in Miami-Dade and Broward counties for listings in excess of 4.5 million square feet.
