CBRE Executive Vice President John Criddle, First Vice President Joe Freitas, Senior Associate Max Pawk and Transaction Manager Allie Lancashire have been tapped to lease the buildings.

John Criddle and Joe Freitas with CBRE represented the landlord, Ivy Realty Services, in lease negotiations.
New ownership plans to spend north of $10 million in capital improvements to the property throughout 2022, including renovations to the lobby areas, corridors, and restrooms of Tower I, II and III. Additionally, they will be enhancing tenant amenities with a conference center, lounge, and state-of-the-art gym.
Ownership is also planning extended wellness offerings for tenants. Currently the property offers complimentary weekly yoga classes, healthy snacks in the tenant lounge and a complimentary UBER service connecting One Clearlake to Downtown West Palm Beach.
The firm moved from Palmetto Park City Center at 120 E. Palmetto Park Road.
The team comes to CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield’s Boca Raton office.
The company’s new corporate headquarters will take up the entirety of Building 3 at Hillsboro Center located at 700 W Hillsboro Blvd. in Deerfield Beach.
