Four New Leases Totaling More Than 30,000 SF Brings Ft. Lauderdale Tower To 90% Occupancy
CBRE has facilitated four new office leases at Tower 101, a 21-story Class A office building in Fort Lauderdale, bringing the property to 90 percent occupancy. John Criddle and Joe Freitas with CBRE represented the landlord, Ivy Realty Services, in lease negotiations.
- Most recently, Reveneer, a Boston-based provider of outsourced sales development services for technology companies, has signed a lease for 18,392 square feet on the 17th floor. Approximately 125 employees will occupy the space by the end of 2023. CBRE’s Max Pawk represented Reveneer in this transaction.
- Ryan Transportation, a Kentucky-based logistics company, leased 4,600 square feet on the 12th floor in March 2022. Rod Loschiavo with Colliers represented Ryan Transportation.
- Marathon Digital Holdings, a Las Vegas-based cryptocurrency company, leased 5,600 square feet on the 12th floor in February 2022. They were represented by Karley Chynces with One Sotheby’s International Realty.
- California-based Altar Produce, the world’s largest producer of asparagus, relocated from Doral, to take 1,700 square feet on the 3rd floor in February 2022. Altar Produce was represented by Carlos Perez with Keller Williams.
“As companies continue flocking to South Florida, Tower 101 provides tenants with easy access to Interstate 95, Las Olas Boulevard, the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, the Brightline station and numerous restaurants and multifamily around the Fort Lauderdale Central Business District,” said Criddle.
Freitas added, “The property is ideally positioned to take advantage of Flagler Village, a creative district that is rapidly becoming Fort Lauderdale’s trendiest spot. Located just north of Las Olas Boulevard and downtown Fort Lauderdale, Flagler Village provides tenants at Tower 101 with additional amenities, while the ongoing development of multifamily projects attract an excellent talent pool for employers.”
Located at 101 NE 3rd Avenue, Tower 101 features move-in ready spec suites with high end finishes. Building amenities include 24-hour security, a café, structured parking, and Wi-Fi-enabled common area. Additionally, Ivy Realty Services is planning on adding a fitness center and conference facility to the property.
