The annual celebration, which acknowledges excellence throughout the South Florida commercial real estate (CRE) industry, will be held Thursday, March 14th, at the Seminole Hardrock Hotel & Casino Hollywood from 5:00 to 9:30 p.m.
A 32-year commercial real estate development veteran, Butters is regarded as one of the most active and innovative developers in the state and a pioneer in elevating the architectural standards for commercial buildings.
Commercial real estate experts are forecasting slow growth in the year ahead, but not nearly as pessimistic as some predict.
“Despite the many challenges our world has been facing due to the pandemic, the commercial real estate industry is booming, and South Florida is a top destination for business relocation,” said Christopher Thomson, the 2022 president.
