Terreno Realty Welcomes 112,000 SF Tenant

A water-production technology company has signed a 10-year industrial lease for approximately 112,000 square feet in Hialeah.

The building, located at 4341 West 108th Street within Countyline Corporate Park Building 30, was leased by landlord Terreno Realty.

The tenant, A1R Water, specializes in air-to-water technology that extracts water from ambient humidity and delivers it in canned or bottled form. The company’s clients include hospitality brands and event venues such as hotels and sports facilities.

The lease is set to begin in May and run through 2036.
