Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV consists of a 121-acre project entitled for 2.2 million square feet of industrial distribution buildings in Miami’s Countyline Corporate Park
This milestone marks the continuation of Phase IV, a 121-acre site within Countyline Corporate Park that can accommodate up to 2.2 MSF at full build out.
The ten-year lease is expected to commence in November 2023 upon completion of tenant improvements.
VSRE has also been contracted to develop apartment buildings, retail, and offices.
Terreno intends to develop eight additional buildings, slated for completion by 2025. At full build-out, the campus will total 2.2 million square feet.
An Ares Management Real Estate fund acquired the assets.
The newly completed buildings are already 100% leased with five tenants.
The deal completes the second half of a four-building purchase of more than 1 million square feet of leased industrial space.
