Top-Ranked Childcare Franchise To Open 5 More Locations In South Florida

The Learning Experience announced it is opening 22 new locations across the state of Florida over the next two years, including five locations in South Florida.

Headquartered in Deerfield Beach, The Learning Experience is the top-ranked childcare franchise and No. 43 overall in Entrepreneur magazine’s 2023 ranking of the world’s top 500 franchises. New locations coming to the South Florida region and opening timelines include:

1. Cooper City at 3500 N. University Dr. in Q3 this year
2. West Palm Beach near Belvedere Rd. in Q2 next year
3. Plantation before the end of next year
4. Boca Raton near Palmetto Park Rd. before the end of next year
5. West Delray Beach before the end of next year

Each location will consist of a newly built 10,000-square-foot center and up to a 5,000-square-foot outdoor playground. All the new centers will employ around 30 local staff members and certified teachers to serve upwards of 180 kids from 6 weeks old to 6 years old with childcare, enrichment programs, and early childhood education.

In the last two years, The Learning Experience has opened more than 80 new locations across the country, bringing its total to over 340 units operating in 28 states. Over the next two years, it plans to open more than 75 new locations in strategically chosen markets nationwide.

When determining target markets for expansion, The Learning Experience’s real estate team carefully reviews, analyzes, and identifies specific areas with an influx of young families and a growing need for local options and access to high-quality childcare and early education.
