Tower Commercial Adds Senior Director, Expands Class A Leasing Portfolio In Palm Beach County

Constance Thomas, office leasing and investment sales specialist, has joined Tower Commercial Real Estate as Senior Director, overseeing the firm’s growing, high-profile Class A leasing portfolio in Palm Beach County.
Thomas comes aboard as Tower Commercial Real Estate announces its latest exclusive leasing assignment — the 246,992-square-foot Northbridge Centre in Downtown West Palm Beach, owned by Crocker Partners.
In addition to the 21-story Northbridge Centre overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, Thomas will team with Blunk on other Tower Commercial Real Estate exclusive leasing assignments. Among these are the 255,985-square-foot Esperanté Corporate Center in Downtown West Palm Beach, and 400 Royal Palm Way and 125 Worth Avenue in the Town of Palm Beach.
Thomas brings more than 20 years of full service commercial real estate experience to Tower’s team as a broker who has been involved in many of Palm Beach County’s significant office projects.

Before joining Tower Commercial Real Estate, Thomas was a senior associate with Touchstone Webb Realty Company, responsible for leasing, marketing, brokerage, tenant and capital improvement budgeting for a diverse portfolio of office, medical office, industrial and retail properties throughout Palm Beach County. She also was a Broker/Associate with WGCompass Realty partners.  Earlier in her career, she worked with the Trammell Crow Company’s South Florida leasing team, providing leasing and management services for institutional owners of industrial and office properties throughout the region.
A graduate of Converse College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Thomas holds the CCIM Institute’s Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. She was a founding member of Commercial Real Estate Women of the Treasure Coast , has served on the board of the YWCA of the Palm Beaches and the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, and is a past member of Executive Women of the Palm Beaches.
