Transwestern Appoints Executive Managing Director

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has promoted Thomas Kresse to Executive Managing Director of Industrial Services in Miami.

For 17 years, Kresse has been a member of the firm’s South Florida Industrial Team, an award-winning practice providing Agency Leasing, Asset Services, Tenant Solutions and Capital Market capabilities to regional and international clients.
