Trulite Glass & Aluminum Expands With 48,723 SF Lease

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announced its South Florida industrial team negotiated a new 48,723-square-foot industrial lease for Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions at 14300 Palmetto Frontage Road in Miami Lakes.

Transwestern’s Carlos Gaviria, Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg and Thomas Kresse represented the tenant in the transaction.

“Trulite has seen tremendous growth. Frankly speaking, the company outgrew its current facility in Medley and needed a new home with the flexibility to meet the company’s future needs in South Florida,” said Gaviria, Vice President at Transwestern.

A leading architectural glass and aluminum fabricator, Trulite distributes and manufactures architectural aluminum, insulated units, mirrors, tempered, laminated, and decorative glass throughout the U.S. and Canada. The new location will support Trulite’s aluminum fabrication and delivery services for the Florida market.

According to Transwestern research, Miami’s industrial real estate market continued to expand significantly during 2021, experiencing historical demand as occupancy increased by 5.7 million square feet, the highest calendar year total on record. The amount of industrial space absorbed during the second half of 2021 surpassed the entire total for every year from 2017 to 2020.

Vivo Group represented the landlord in the lease.
