Two-Building Office Complex Coming To Palm Beach

Construction and preleasing have started at the Gardens Innovation Center, a two-building office complex in Palm Beach Gardens.
The 37,500- and 25,000-square-foot buildings are going up along Hiatt Drive at Northlake Boulevard, and are expected to be complete by late in the first quarter of 2017, said Jason Sundook, of NAI/Merin Hunter Codman. The commercial real estate firm is handling the leasing for the developer, Ken Kahn.

“He sees a need for high-quality but lower-cost office space in Palm Beach Gardens,” Sundook said.

Rents will be about $20 a square foot, not including expenses such as taxes and insurance, Sundook said. Palm Beach Gardens office rents near The Gardens Mall are about $30 a square foot, he said.
Sundook said tenants at Gardens Innovation Center likely will include high-tech, aerospace and architecture firms.
