Versace To Open First Palm Beach Store

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new 2,790-square-foot retail lease for Italian luxury fashion company Versace at 243 Worth Ave. in Palm Beach.

The location marks Versace’s first store in Palm Beach, which officially opened in November.

Robert Klecinsky of Cushman & Wakefield represented both Versace and the landlord, 237-243 Worth Avenue Corporation, in the lease negotiations.

“Versace’s Palm Beach store is one-of-a-kind with the newest designs and exclusive items made available to customers. Considered a mini flagship store, this is the company’s first location both in Palm Beach and on Worth Avenue. Their brand is among other luxury businesses and boutiques with a presence on Worth Avenue,” said Klecinsky, Director at Cushman & Wakefield.

243 Worth Ave. sits within luxury retail hot spot and among the “fashion block” of Worth Avenue.
