Weaver Morrison’s Todd Weaver Reps Buyer In Coral Springs Buildings Purchase

Todd H. Weaver, Agent and Principal with Weaver Morrison Commercial Real Estate along with Gerri A. Weits with National School Developers represented the buyer, DLY, LLC, in the purchase of two buildings totaling ±20,316 square feet located at 3251 NW 101^st Avenue in Coral Springs.

DLY, LLC paid $2,850,000 for the buildings.

The property and buildings will be utilized as an expansion for the Mesivta School of Coral Springs.

William Taussig of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, North Broward Preparatory Schools, LLC.
