World’s Largest, Tallest Volkswagen Dealership Achieves Temporary Certificate Of Operations

Stiles has achieved TCO on the world’s largest Rick Case Volkswagen dealership, a 328,000-SF, eight-story building located in Davie.
Designed by Stiles Architectural Group, this project was set on a highly aggressive schedule with only eight months to complete in preparation for a Thanksgiving opening.
“This project took tremendous effort and coordination and we are proud to have delivered another successful project for our client,” said Russ Biffis, Vice President of Business Development for Stiles Construction.
This marks Stiles’ 11^th project for Rick Case. Stiles will begin its 12^th project, Rick Case Kia, in February 2014.
