Bridge Industrial Signs 61,000 SF Lease With Good Greek Moving & Storage
Bridge Industrial (“Bridge”), a privately-owned, vertically integrated real estate operating company and investment manager, today announced Good Greek Moving & Storage has signed a long-term lease agreement to occupy 61,288 square feet at Bridge Point Port Everglades, a 171,983-square-foot Class-A logistics facility adjacent to Port Everglades.
Good Greek, a Florida-based company with nearly three decades of experience providing full-service moving, storage, and relocation services statewide, will take occupancy in February 2026. This lease announcement follows Rehoboth Terminal’s 45,000-square-foot lease in June, marking another significant milestone for Bridge Point Everglades.
“Good Greek’s expansion is impressive, and we’re thrilled to add them to our growing roster of high-quality tenants across the region,” said John Mejia, Director of Leasing, Southeast Region, Bridge Industrial. “Even as the broader industrial market stabilizes, Bridge Point Port Everglades proves that location and quality prevail. Situated adjacent to Port Everglades with easy access to major highways and best-in-class design, the logistics hub is quickly solidifying its position as a premier choice for today’s leading industrial users.”
Spero Georgedakis, Founder & CEO of Good Greek Moving & Storage, added, “Bridge Point Port Everglades is the perfect home for our continued growth in Broward County. This new, state-of-the-art facility strengthens our operational footprint across South Florida and positions us to serve more families and businesses with the reliability, professionalism, and care that define the Good Greek brand. We’re proud to expand alongside a trusted partner like Bridge Industrial as we continue setting the standard for moving and storage excellence across Florida and beyond.”
The exclusive leasing team for the project, JLL’s Sky Groden, SIOR; Ken Morris, SIOR; and Jeremy Cain, represented Bridge Industrial in the lease transaction. The tenant was represented by Rick Etner and Nicolas Reid of Cushman & Wakefield.
“Bridge Point Port Everglades represents one of the most strategically positioned industrial projects in Broward County, offering unparalleled connectivity in a state-of-the-art facility,” said Groden. “Good Greek’s lease commitment builds on the leasing momentum we’ve seen since delivery and reinforces Bridge Industrial’s reputation as a trusted landlord in the region.”
Completed in 2024, Bridge Point Port Everglades is a LEED Silver-certified facility featuring 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 34 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, a 120-foot truck court, and ample car parking. Strategically located at 2200 Northeast 7th Avenue in Dania Beach, the property offers immediate access to I-595, Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and Port Everglades. The rear-load building offers unparalleled connectivity for companies serving both domestic and international markets.
Bridge Industrial is one of South Florida’s most active industrial real estate developers and operators. Since 2012, the company has acquired more than 750 acres in 23 separate transactions across South Florida. The firm has delivered or has under construction over 11 million square feet of Class-A industrial space across the region.
