Colliers Facilitates 56,000 SF Lease In Medley
Colliers | U.S. announced the successful completion of a 55,648-square-foot lease at First Park Miami, a newly developed Class A industrial park located at 8801 NW 87th Ave. in Medley.
Colliers’ Executive Vice President Erin Byers, Senior Vice President Lauren Pace, and Vice President Frankie Castellanos represented the tenant in the transaction. CBRE’s Devin White represented the landlord, First Industrial, in the lease negotiations.
