The Graham Companies Secures Refinancing For Seven Office Buildings

Ocean Bank announced it provided $28 million to The Graham Companies for the refinance of debt on seven office buildings with more than 275,000 square feet in Miami Lakes.

The properties include:

• The four-building, multi-tenant Parkside Corporate Center encompassing 157,749 square feet on a 9.6-acre site at NW 79^th Court and NW 151 street;
• The four-story Andrew Jackson Building, with 53,210 square feet, located at 8100 Governors Square Boulevard and the Spessard Holland Office Building, also a four-story, multi-tenant building with 53,115 square feet at 8000 Governors Square Boulevard;
• The 13,580-sqare-foot Kinder Care Enrichment Center a single-story childcare and early education facility located at 8001 Oak Lane.
